1) Getting Started
How do I register?
Launch our bot (via bot link) and you're automatically registered for the experience. <span class="brand-mark">moonpacket</span> allows group admins to mount the bot in their own groups. Players can not only claim in our official group, but also 'grab red packets' in any group that has the <span class="brand-mark">moonpacket</span> bot installed.
Do I need to install anything or disable any features?
No additional app needed. Recommended to use the latest version of Telegram. If using a system browser to open the WebApp, ensure that cookies/storage are not blocked.
Who can participate?
Generally all Telegram users can participate; however, since each group designs its own API differently, the conditions for claiming red packets may vary. Please refer to the rules of that group's red packet distribution.
Can I use multiple accounts or devices to claim?
This behavior is not allowed by most group admins. The system uses Telegram account + bound gmail, verification codes, unique wallet address, reduced <span class="brand-mark">moonini</span> point weights, etc., to reduce the possibility of users claiming repeatedly.
Tip: After you claim a red packet, don't forget to thank the group admin. Also remember to like their social media posts!
2) Activity Rules & Fairness
Are red packets random or evenly distributed?
Project organizers can choose 'random', 'even distribution', or 'fixed amount', with each group having different rules. Please refer to the activity instructions for each group.
How is fairness ensured? Where can I see my red packet results?
<span class="brand-mark">moonpacket</span> only provides the red packet system as an auxiliary bot tool, and has no investment or business subordinate relationship with various platform operators. Therefore, the platform will not favor the red packet distributors or provide unbalanced designs. Everything is distributed under the fair and just algorithm of the <span class="brand-mark">moonpacket</span> platform.
How many times can each person claim?
Depends on the campaign settings by the organizer. Some are single-use, others are daily limits. If there's a 'multiple per person' cap, the system automatically enforces it and will notify when the limit is reached.
Can campaigns end early or be extended?
Ends when slots are filled or time expires; organizers may also pause or terminate due to risk. The red packet page updates accordingly, but cross-platform sync may cause delays. If you can't claim after clicking, reload the page to check the current status.
3) Claim Process & Tasks
Why can't I claim even after clicking?
Common reasons: Already claimed out / Task incomplete. Less commonly, organizer paused or terminated due to risk. Group info updates have delays and aren't instant. Follow the campaign group for latest red packet send status.
What is task unlocking?
You must complete specified conditions (like following a channel / joining a group / entering a passcode / external tasks) before claiming. Return to the red packet post button after completing to 'Claim Red Packet'.
I completed the task but it shows as not passed. Why?
Telegram has sync delays across different APIs. If it doesn't pass immediately, wait a bit. If verification consistently fails, it's likely an issue with the API provider; report to the campaign organizer.
Where do I get the passcode? What if I enter it wrong?
Passcodes are usually announced by the organizer in X posts, live streams, or videos. You can retry if wrong, but multiple incorrect attempts may trigger rate limiting.
How are external tasks (website registration/trading) verified?
<span class="brand-mark">moonpacket</span> provides API integration for organizers to verify task completion. When you attempt to claim, the system queries the API and returns verification results. If compliant, it unlocks; if no response yet, wait and retry.
4) Amounts, Balance & Withdrawal
Where can I see the amount I claimed?
Claim success notifications are sent via Telegram bot, and the mini app keeps a history of all claims plus your withdrawable balance. You can check anytime.
Which assets are supported?
As set per campaign. Currently supports USDT/SOL/ETH/TON and group-specific tokens. The page displays asset units and exchange rate source (if applicable).
What do I need to bind for withdrawal? How long does it take?
Requires wallet address / basic identity info for security verification. Settlement typically takes T+0 to T+2 business days. May extend under risk review.
Who pays transaction fees / Gas?
Can I transfer balance to friends or merge balances?
Transfer/merge functionality not provided.
5) Risk Control & Restrictions
Why was I flagged as suspicious or blocked?
Possible reasons: Multiple accounts same device, proxy/VPN anomalies, high-frequency claiming across groups, blacklisted regions/ASNs. Send /report in bot to submit your case. This is one-way; the platform reserves the right not to explain or respond to ban decisions.
Will I need KYC verification?
High-risk scenarios may require verification based on submitted info. When withdrawing, ensure accurate security info; incorrect data will fail biometric + document KYC.
My account is restricted. What now?
Restrictions are usually temporary protective measures. Send /report in bot with details. Cases without completed security verification will not be processed; if verified and legit, we will address.
6) Timing & Notifications
When do each campaign start / end?
Varies by organizer. Check the red packet info for times and remaining slots. Enable Telegram notifications or set custom alert sounds to get red packet reminders.
Can I turn on/off notifications for claims/withdrawals?
This is Telegram's setting, not <span class="brand-mark">moonpacket</span>'s. Configure in your Telegram settings.
7) Multi-language & Regional Differences
I don't see certain withdrawal methods or features?
Some regions have policy restrictions. System automatically hides or disables withdrawal for those regions. This means you cannot participate in claim games; that region is not supported yet.
How many decimal places are shown?
8) Device & Compatibility
Works on iOS/Android/Desktop Telegram?
Yes, recommended to use latest Telegram. If it can't load, confirm you're using the official client or update the app, or tap Reload Page in mini app (three dots top-right).
Does switching devices affect claiming?
Records persist across devices. Repeated actions across multiple devices in short time may trigger risk controls.
Does using VPN/proxy affect this?
High-risk proxies may be blocked. Temporarily disable proxy or switch to a clean network and retry.
9) Privacy & Security
What data is collected?
We follow the minimization principle and only collect information necessary for fraud prevention, risk control, or compliance (e.g., account security questions, wallet address, email, Telegram ID). When identity verification (KYC/AML) is required, identity verification is handled by trusted third-party verification platforms. <span class="brand-mark">moonpacket</span> itself does not arbitrarily store personal privacy unrelated to the service.
What safeguards exist for fund security?
All suspicious behavior will first be detected by the system; we may conduct manual review in high-risk scenarios. If there are risks, we may temporarily freeze or delay withdrawals to prevent abuse and theft.
Can I delete my account or request data?
You can submit data access or deletion requests according to the process. We will handle them within the scope of compliance with regulations and investigation obligations. Please note: After account deletion, transaction records related to fraud/abuse investigations or regulatory requirements may still be retained according to law and will not disappear.
10) Support & Appeals
Who do I contact if I have issues?
You can directly contact the official customer service bot @moonini_helper_bot.
Please enter the command /setlang <language> (e.g., /setlang zh-TW or /setlang en-US) in the conversation with the bot, and the bot will switch to your preferred customer service language.
When reporting issues, please prepare the following information:
- Your Telegram account or wallet address
- Time when the issue occurred
- Action you were performing (e.g., 'withdraw', 'send red packet', 'claim red packet')
- Relevant transaction ID / transaction hash (if available)
Customer service judges situations based on on-chain data and transaction records. We don't need your screenshots, nor will we ask you to send images, private keys, mnemonics, complete seed phrase, or any information that can directly operate your assets. Official customer service will not proactively private message you, nor will they ask you to transfer funds for 'verification'.
How long for appeals to be answered?
Generally, we will reply within 1–3 business days. Cases involving frozen assets, security concerns, or disputes involving larger amounts will be prioritized.
When further investigation is needed, we may ask you to provide on-chain information such as transaction ID / transaction hash to speed up confirmation. Please note: Customer service does not need your screenshot files, will never ask you to provide private keys, mnemonics, complete seed phrase, or any data that can directly control your wallet.
11) Other Activities & Information
Can I join multiple group campaigns?
Yes. Different communities/groups on the platform host red packet activities or promotional activities. Please pay attention to each activity's announcement, as each activity's participation qualifications, limits, and deadlines may differ.
Are there leaderboards or achievements?
Some activities will display leaderboards, interaction statistics, winner lists, and lottery results. Actual reward content, thresholds, and distribution methods are subject to that activity's announcement. The activity organizer retains the final interpretation and adjustment rights.
